Refund Policy

Requests are considered only when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description. Contact us within 30 days after delivery.

What is not accepted

We do not accept no-reason returns, changes of mind, personal preference issues, or selections made in the wrong size, color, style, or model.

Request evidence

Send the order number, checkout email, a clear description of the problem, and useful photographs or video of the item and packaging. Do not send anything back without written authorization.

Review and resolution

We inspect the submitted information and, when required, the authorized return. An approved refund is sent to the original payment method; financial institutions control posting time. When appropriate and available, a replacement may be offered. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for reimbursement.
