Processing and delivery

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Estimated transit is about 2–4 business days after dispatch. These windows are estimates rather than guarantees, and weekends, holidays, carrier interruptions, severe weather, remote destinations, or verification checks can add time.

Shipping terms

Any free-shipping availability and threshold are the terms shown at checkout. Customers must provide a complete delivery address, an active email address, and a reachable phone number. Restrictions may apply to certain destinations, products, or carriers.

Tracking and delivery problems

When tracking is available, updates are sent to the checkout email. For delays, apparent loss, a delivered-but-missing parcel, or transit damage, contact us with the order number, checkout email, tracking number, delivery address, and supporting photographs when relevant. We may need to complete a carrier review before offering the appropriate resolution.
